Bitter Sweet

Bitter Sweet is a drinking bar that promotes Chinese Herbal Tea (Leung Cha). Chinese Herbal teas are a mixture of herbs. They are bitter, and not easily accessible. However, compared to bubble tea, they are considered as a traditional Chinese medicine and they help to prevent illness and minimizing body’s excessive heat.

The strategy is to promote Chinese herbal tea by using bubble tea marketing concept, such as social media and marketing campaign. In addition, in order to make the Chinese herbal tea easily accessible, we also introduce grab and go for customers to choose from. To the younger generations, Chinese Herbal Tea is an outdated drinks. However, if we can introduce Chinese herbal tea in a modern packaging, it gives the outdated shop a brand new refreshment.
